Recipe: Ultimate Chocolate Pancakes

Blendsmiths ultimate chocolate pancake recipe
INGREDIENTS:
3/4 cup oat flour, 1/4 cup plain flour, 1/3 cup Blendsmiths 51% Dark Choc Blend (or House Blend/Original Blend), 3 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 2 tbsp ground flaxseed + 1/3 cup water, 1 cup soy milk + 1 tsp apple cider vinegar, 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Toppings: 
Fresh cherries, Thick yogurt, Chocolate sauce

RECIPE:
Prepare the flaxseed and the soy milk mixtures in separate bowls. Set aside.
 In a large bowl, whisk together the flours, chocolate blend, baking powder, and baking soda.
Add in the flaxseed mixture and the soy milk mixture, and mix until it’s a consistent batter.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Allow to rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes for optimum consistency!
Heat a large pan on medium-high snd when hot, add about 2 tbsp batter for each pancake. Cook for 2 minutes on one side, then flip to cook another 30 seconds to 1 minute on the other side. Plate and repeat for the remaining batter.
