It's been a number of months in the making but we are finally delighted to share with you our new, calming Matcha Tea Set.
Included in the beautifully designed box is:
- 30g of the purest form of 100% Japanese Ceremonial Grade Matcha Green Tea, made from the finest hand-picked leaves of shade-grown tea trees, lightly roasted and milled into a fine powder. Origin: Uji, Kyoto
- 1 traditional ceramic matcha bowl, handcrafted in Japan
- 1 traditional ceramic matcha whisk holder, also hand crafted in Japan
- An environmentally friendly bespoke Blendsmiths engraved everyday bamboo whisk. Used to mix the Matcha powder and hot water together. This breaks down granules and amalgamates the mix together for the perfect consistency.
- The Blendsmiths traditional hand-carved and logo printed matcha scoop. Made of strong, durable bamboo and it's designed to help to portion the right amount of Matcha needed. One heaped scoop generally equals to about 1 gram.
Care notes:
Soak whisk and Bamboo scoop in cold water for 2 minutes before its first use.
Rinse and wipe the whisk and scoop after each use and carefully pat dry before storing it away. Do not leave wet to avoid damage.
Using bamboo whisks and scoops are organic and totally chemical-free, eliminating the risk of passive toxins.

Directions of Use:
Use our Matcha the traditional way. Add 1/4 teaspoon – approx. 2 bamboo scoops (2g) of Matcha into a matcha bowl, wet with 15ml of 70-degree water. Thoroughly mix using bamboo whisk until a smooth paste forms. Add remaining water (70ml) and mix until consistent. Sit back and relax into your soothing cup of matcha.

Storage: Once opened, reseal box/bag and store in a cool, dry place.
