Chai Spiced Pancakes
and of course don't forget to top it all off with your favourites—strawberries, yoghurt, and a sprinkle of choc chips.
Ingredients:
50g self raising flour, 25g oat flour, one flaxegg, 1.5 tsp Blendsmiths chai Blend, 1/2tsp vanilla extract, pinch of salt, unsweetened soy milk.
Method:
Mix all pancake ingredients together in a bowl and leave to rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
heat a frying pan on medium heat and dollop two heaped tablespoons of batter to create each pancake.
cook for around 2 minutes on each side before transferring to a plate and topping with your favourite extras.
Optional Toppings!
