Chai Spiced Pancakes

Breakfast should never be boring. It needs to be full of flavour, and these Chai Spiced pancakes have stacks of it! 
The secret to the fluffiest pancakes that pack flavour? The secrets is all in the spice blend. Using our Blendsmiths House Chai, you'll be sure you're only ever getting natural, balanced, whole-ground spices that really get that cosy authentic flavour infused into a better batter.

Ingredients:

50g self raising flour, 25g oat flour, one flaxegg, 1.5 tsp Blendsmiths chai Blend, 1/2tsp vanilla extract, pinch of salt, unsweetened soy milk.

Method:

Mix all pancake ingredients together in a bowl and leave to rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.

heat a frying pan on medium heat and dollop two heaped tablespoons of batter to create each pancake.

cook for around 2 minutes on each side before transferring to a plate and topping with your favourite extras.
